Rapid Fire Hunter's Star Revisited

A class designed to explore numerous variations on the Hunter's Star design. Students will have a choice of project size, block size, color combinations and edge finishes. The class is easily adaptable to those who may have made a Hunter's Star project with me in the past or to those who may be new to the process. Prior rotary cutting and machine piecing skills required. Can be made by those with confident beginner skills and beyond.

This quilt has stars that seem to visually float above the surface of the quilt and cast a shadow below. Designed by Judy Martin and published in her book "Scraps", this quilt will take on a much simplified construction process with Deb's techniques. We will use a "Fast Flying Geese" piecing method for all those star points and strip piecing techniques for the floating squares that form the borders. Make the quilt with just a few fabrics or with many. Recommended for those with prior rotary cutting and machine piecing skills.

Embellishing/Crazy Quilting

You do not need to be a quilter to enjoy this weekend. The embellishing ideas can be used on clothing, purses, pictures, and other projects.
Drunkard's Path and Beyond

Learn how to quickly and easily construct various curved units that will result in absolutely unique and one of a king Drunkard's Path quilts. These units unlike any you may have attempted in the past, but their construction will be simplified with the use of Cheryl Phillips "Cut A Round" tool.
